Vinyasa-Flow Yoga

Saturday 9am-10.15am

The term vinyasa, simply means to flow with the breath.  This largely physical yoga class links postures, yoga asanas, to the breath.  This creative style of yoga allows people to explore a wide range of postures, build strength and flexibility, create heat and sweat, and helps to bring the mind into a more still, quieter place.  A class will typically include an hour of physical practice, followed by some softer supine stretches and shavasana (relaxation).  This class is suitable for most levels of experience and would suit anyone looking for a mostly physical class.
