Practising yoga in pregnancy can help to gently stretch and tone your body as your baby grows, prepare for birth and provide tools to help promote a sense of balance and wellbeing.   Amy's pregnancy yoga classes are small group in-person (maximum 8 per class) or you can attend online via zoom, and are suitable from once you've had your 12 week scan.  Classes run as a 5 week course, you can book mid-course space permitting and drop-in available via zoom.   If you miss a week credit does not roll over, but you will be sent a zoom link of the recording of the class, this link is available for 7 days, everyone who attends in-person or via zoom will be sent this link.  If you baby comes earlier than expected course credit does roll over to mum & baby or postnatal yoga.
