Pregnancy Yoga


Pregnancy is a special time in a woman's life, but it can be tough.  Practising yoga in pregnancy can help to gently stretch and tone your body as your baby grows, prepare for birth and provide tools to help promote a sense of balance and wellbeing.


Amy's group pregnancy classes are offered via zoom, and are suitable from once you've had your 12 week scan.
