Pregnancy Yoga


Pregnancy is a special time in a woman's life, but it can be tough.  Practising yoga in pregnancy can help to gently stretch and tone your body as your baby grows, prepare for birth and provide tools to help promote a sense of balance and wellbeing.   Amy's group pregnancy classes are offered via zoom, and are suitable from once you've had your 12 week scan.  


Classes run in 6 week blocks, but you are welcome to join mid-course, or drop-in.  If your baby is due before the end of a 6 week course and you would like a smaller block please email Amy.   Unfortunately if you miss a week within your block credit does not roll over, however if baby comes earlier than expected credit does roll over to postnatal yoga classes.  Online & small group in person classes will resume September 2020.  If you are pregnant and would like to register interest in a class please email Amy, click here.  In the meantime please purchase Amy's online pregnancy yoga course, details below.
