Yoga is for everyone regardless of age, strength or flexibility. Amy creates a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment, where everybody can practise yoga to their own ability, feeling comfortable and safe and having lots of fun along the way! Live Streaming classes
Vinyasa and Yin Yoga
These classes are live streamed via Amy-Yogaonline FB live group and are part of her monthly subscription option on her Amy-Yogaonline website. You can do yoga with Amy live or at a time that suits you. The monthly subscription to Amy's classes include all live streamed class on FB and a few added extras. CLICK HERE TO BOOK
Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga classes
These classes are taught via zoom. You need to be 12 weeks pregnant or more to join a pregnancy yoga class and 6 weeks postpartum to join postnatal yoga. Classes are run in 6 weeks blocks, but you are able to drop-in and join mid-block.
Toddler & Family Yoga
These classes are for little yogis and any other family members who are keen for some yoga fun. The class will be a mixture of songs, postures, story telling and relaxation. Children are invited to take part, and it's ok if they get distracted.
