In my classes I aim to create a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment, where everybody can practice yoga to their own ability, feeling comfortable and safe. 

 

Tuesday 6-7.30pm at the Hub Club Carn Brea

 

Classes will focus on building strength, stamina and flexibility.  It will be a flowing energetic and dynamic class where yoga poses are linked through a series of sequences which aim to flow from one asana (posture) to another.   The breath will be linked to movement, bringing awareness and attention to the breath and its ability to improve your yoga practice and general well being.  Time will also be taken at the beginning and end of classes to focus on breath awareness, basic breathing techniques and relaxation.  

 

Class cost and payment.

Classes are drop in classes and cost £5 per class.  Feel free to contact me to book a space or just turn up on the day.

 

 

 

Thursday at the Blue Lotus Therapy Centre Scorrier House     

Class 1: 6-7pm                                   3 places           

Class 2: 7.10pm-8.10pm                  2 places                    

                       

 

Small, intimate, mixed ability class with a maximum of 8 people per class set in a lovely venue.  Classes will focus on building strength, stamina and flexibility, as well as taking time to explore breathing and relaxation techniques.  Small class numbers will also allow for more personal attention to meet your needs.

 

Class cost and payment.

Classes will run as 4-7 week courses.  Cost per class is £5 and course is payable in blocks of 4-7 weeks.  Next course starts Thursday 7th January 2010.  Cost of course is £30 for the 6 weeks and places must be booked in advance.  Please contact me to book a place at amyjonesyoga@google mail, or on 07967501985 or via this site on the contact page.

 

 

What to wear and bring?

Please bring yoga mat, blanket/warm top and yoga block/strap if you have them however, all equipment will be available for you to use if required.  Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing.
