In my classes I aim to create a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment, where everybody can practice yoga to their own ability, feeling comfortable and safe. Classes focus on building strength, stamina and flexibility, by linking postures in a fluid vinyasa style class. Time is also taken to explore breathing and relaxation techniques.
Class cost and payment.
Classes are drop in, with no need to book. Cost is £5 per class.
What to wear and bring?
Please bring yoga mat, blanket/warm top and yoga block/strap if you have them however, all equipment will be available for you to use if required. Wear comfortable loose fitting clothing.
