Hatha Yoga 


This is a general yoga class, suitable for all abilities, including beginners and those seeking a more gentle yoga class. Classes explore a range of classical asanas (postures), breathing practices (pranayama) and concentration/meditation techniques. All classes end with time dedicated to relaxation in shavasana. Yoga theory and philosophy is gently interwoven throughout the class, helping to develop a deeper knowledge and understanding of the practice of yoga.
